Jiangsu baolong group is a bright pearl on the west of Pacific Ocean. Baolong was founded on 1997, has become a national flagship agricultural enterprise which focus on aquatics breeding, processing and exporting of crawfish, Vannamei White Shrimp, hairy crab, channel catfish. Baolong is President unit of China crawfish association, Vice-president unit of China Aquatics Association channel catfish branch, President unit of crawfish processing innovation strategic alliance council in Jiangsu Province, also the pioneer and leader in Chinese crawfish industry。
Our group has established R&D center cooperatively with many institutes, like freshwater fishery center of China Academy of Fishery sciences, China Agricultural University, Jiangnan University, Louisiana State University. We turned crawfish a world-class dish while in 1990’s crawfish were seen as the agriculture pest by most Chinese farmers.
